I will help you select the “right” property, work with you on making an offer and negotiating, assist you with financing and finding you the best mortgage rates in the industry, and facilitate your move and everything involved in making an informed real estate decision in today’s dynamic market. I also value working with couples and families who are relocating to the Austin area. Being a native Texan has given me a special appreciation and knowledge of the area that is vitally important in helping you select the right community and home.   • I am especially knowledgeable, as a licensed mortgage loan officer, to help you determine how much home you can afford. I can explain the many alternative financing methods and help you determine which is right for you.
  • I will help you realistically evaluate and determine the best possible locations for your home search that take into account your special needs such as location, schools, transportation, special features, etc.
  • I will research homes meeting your criteria through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Not only do I have complete access to all available homes on the market but I can place you on a home search which takes into account your special home and community criteria. You can be as involved as you wish in finding the right home or let me do everything for you. My clients have been most appreciative of being able to screen homes that meet their criteria themselves and this helps them know that they are making informed decisions.
  • As a homeowner who loves to remodel, I can be very creative in suggesting ways to make a home suitable for your individual needs.
  • I will provide information on such elements of importance to you as real estate values, utility costs, taxes, municipal services, and any additional information you will need to help you make a wise decision.
  • I will be with you every step of the way through the closing process.
  • Through my contacts and network of professional colleagues, I can provide you the best services Austin has to offer. I work daily with appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and insurance agents, and as a mortgage loan officer myself, I will see that you are fully served with the best!

  • As a mortgage officer, I can assist you with all financing information you will need. I will help you determine the financing needed to expedite the sale of your home; and I can help you figure the approximate net proceeds from your sale. Also, I will help to see that “pre-qualified” serious prospects are shown your home. I can certainly facilitate in pre-qualification and I can help the prospective buyer obtain a mortgage loan.
  • “Sale Appeal” is very important for showing your home. With my knowledge and experience, I can help you determine what, if any, cosmetic changes will maximize your sale price and better market your home.
  • With my marketing degree and background, I am a skilled sales person and I can draw on an even larger market through referrals and marketing techniques.
  • I will be there with you throughout the entire selling process. I will handle all inquiries, make appointments and do the showing and follow-up.
